Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your use of Euphoric RP and the digital products and services supplied by GuttaBxby LLC, trading as Euphoric RP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy below.

1. Who we are & what we offer

GuttaBxby LLC operates Euphoric RP, a private, whitelisted FiveM (Grand Theft Auto V multiplayer) roleplay server and community. We offer game-access memberships, cosmetic and roleplay digital content for use on our server, and free open-source scripts under the license stated on each repository. All items are digital and are provided for use within our server only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure.
  • Perks are tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Payments

  • Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes payment information; we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Prices are shown in US Dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude taxes that apply in your region.
  • By purchasing, you authorise Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Paddle's buyer terms and refund process apply to your transaction.

4. Subscriptions & cancellation

  • Game Access memberships are recurring and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the transaction is refunded.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically to your linked account, usually within minutes of confirmed payment. If delivery is delayed, contact us and we will help resolve it promptly.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a one-time purchase or subscription renewal.

To request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, use the support link shown in your receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle buyer support. Paddle handles refund requests and issues any approved refund to the original payment method where possible.

If a refunded purchase granted access to a membership, asset, or other digital benefit, that related access or benefit will end when the refund is issued. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that give you greater protection.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact Paddle first through the support options in your receipt or at paddle.net. A payment dispute may result in temporary suspension of the related access while it is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge.

8. Acceptable use & server rules

Access and perks are subject to our community rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or breaking the rules may result in suspension or a ban. Purchases do not exempt you from moderation or from following the rules.

9. Virtual items have no real-world value

In-game items, perks, and credits are digital licences for use within Euphoric RP only. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside our server. We do not sell in-game currency or items that provide a competitive or pay-to-win advantage.

10. Intellectual property

Open-source scripts are provided under the license shown on each repository. Euphoric RP branding and artwork are ours. Third-party trademarks, including Rockstar Games and Take-Two, belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers & liability

Products and services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
