Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products and services offered by Euphoric RP ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy below.

1. Who we are & what we sell

Euphoric RP is the operator of a private, whitelisted FiveM (Grand Theft Auto V multiplayer) roleplay server and community. We sell:

• Game Access — recurring monthly memberships granting whitelisted access and community perks on our own server.
• In-Game Assets — cosmetic and roleplay digital content (interiors, clothing, balanced vehicles) delivered to your account on our server.
• Open-Source Scripts — free software we release to the community under the license stated on each repository.

All items are digital. We are the operator of the virtual world in which in-game items are used; items are provided for use within our server only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and, if under 18, have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and character details you provide at checkout, and for keeping your login secure.
• Perks are tied to your account. Sharing, reselling, or transferring purchases between accounts is not permitted.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and may exclude taxes that apply in your region.
• By purchasing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions & cancellation

• Game Access memberships are recurring and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as required by law or described in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically to your linked account, usually within minutes of a confirmed payment. If your purchase has not been delivered, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your access and account pending review.

8. Acceptable use & server rules

• Access and perks are subject to our community rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or breaking the rules may result in suspension or a ban.
• Perks are suspended for the duration of any ban and restored when the ban expires. Purchases do not exempt you from moderation and are not a substitute for following the rules.

9. Virtual items have no real-world value

In-game items, perks, and any tokens or credits are digital licenses for use within Euphoric RP only. They are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be redeemed or transferred outside our server. We do not sell in-game currency or items that provide a competitive/pay-to-win advantage.

10. Intellectual property & licensing

• Open-source scripts are provided under the license shown on each repository (typically MIT). Paid assets are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in connection with our server and may not be redistributed or resold.
• "Euphoric RP" branding and artwork are ours. Third-party trademarks (e.g. Rockstar Games, Take-Two) belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes to the server or game beyond our control.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
